How to Tighten Loose Teeth


Loose teeth are commonly caused by poor oral hygiene, usual dental conditions, mouth injuries, and diseases that weaken the teeth and gums. To prevent total teeth damage, you can apply the following loose teeth treatment:
  • Massage the gum area of the tooth that is starting to slack off. Do this once every morning and once at night for at least 5 minutes.
  • Get a pinch of table salt and mix it with two drops of mustard oil. Apply the mixture on the gum line to strengthen teeth and gums.

    • You can also massage your gum line and teeth with a mixture of a pinch of table salt and another pinch of turmeric powder. Use the mixture to massage your teeth for at least 10 minutes every day.

    Strengthen Loose Teeth

    One effective way on how to strengthen weak teeth is by eating foods that are rich in calcium such as dairy products.

    • Fresh fruits and vegetables that are rich in vitamin C are also proven to treat loose teeth.
    • Get a glass of warm water and mix it with a teaspoon of table salt. Use the mixture to rinse your mouth for a minute after washing your teeth.
    • You can also squeeze half of a lemon to a glass of water. Substitute this solution to your regular mouthwash. Swish the mixture in your mouth to kill the dental-problem-causing bacteria. This is a good way on how to fix loose teeth.
