Knowledge
Knowledge means what a man knows. It comes first from experience and
then from books. As days roll by, man’s knowledge of things increases.
Knowledge has given us control over nature. Science is nothing but systematic
knowledge. Knowledge of the human body has produced medical science. With the
help of knowledge man can also gain control over himself. Knowledge of one’s
own self helps both moral and spiritual progress. It gives men greater power
over his enemies. Even in the present age when money seems to be the passion of
life, Milton and Nazrul exercise greater power over the minds of man all over
the world than any king or general. The power of knowledge is everlasting. It
helps everything animated. If there is no knowledge there shall be no existence
of the civilized world and the people . Indeed, Knowledge is, however,
sometimes greatly misused. If the power gained from knowledge is used for the
good of man, then alone will the world become a happy place to live in.
