Different cultures and events all over the world are celebrated every year. The people of Bangladesh also celebrate many programmes. (cÖ‡kœ D‡j­wLZ RvZxq w`em)is notable among the programmes that are celebrated in Bangladesh. (cÖ‡kœ D‡j­wLZ RvZxq w`em ) is celebrated with great enthusiasm across the country. It is one of the most remarkable days in our national life. Every year we observe it with much honour. On this day the pleasure of the people knows no bound. We celebrate it by arranging many programmes held especially in Dhaka City. (cÖ‡kœ D‡j­wLZ RvZxq w`em ) is observed in a splendid way. From the morning many people arrange different types of programmes to celebrate the day successfully. Many organizations bring out colourful rallies. Daily newspapers publish special supplements. Bangladesh Betar and Bangladesh Television broadcast special programmes. The day bears an important significance for us. For this reason, it is undoubtedly a remarkable day in our life. I think the day will certainly remain ever-memorable in the heart of each and every person.

     A Farewell to H.S.C Examinees/A Farewell to a Teacher/A Prize giving Ceremony

(mvgvwRK ev N‡ivqv Abyôvb) was held successfully at ‘X’ school. The school campus was decorated nicely.An artistic gate was built at the entrance of the school field.The respectable D.C. was the chief guest at this programme. When the D.C. came to the college, he was received cordially. The D.C. inaugurated the programme.The Programme started with the recitation of the holy Quran.After the recitation of the holy Quran, the D.C delivered a nice speech. After that the Principal delivered his welcome speech. A cultural function was held at the middle of the programme.Some college students performed their songs, dances, and jokes. After that food was served among the guest. At the end of the programme a Dowa Mahfil was held.
