Because of  unconsciousness this problem is increasing day by day. It impedes our normal life.It has become an affluent. It is indeed a problem for our society.

2q e¨w³          tIn order to solve this problem we have to make our people conscious.  Everybody should come forward to make possible contribution to solve this problem. We should stop this ill-practice for our own sake and our next generation. So there is no room for doubt that all our efforts from all corners of the society is needed. Developing awareness in all classes of people and   implement of plan can solve this problem.
